1. Do not try to do everything at once and overload your schedule – set small targets you can easily achieve
2. Do not focus on the things you cannot change – focus your time and energy on helping yourself feel better
3. Try not to tell yourself that you're alone – most people feel stressed at some point in their life and support is available
4. Try not to use junk food, sugary food, alcohol, cigarettes, gambling or drugs to relieve stress – these can all contribute to poor mental health.
5. Zoning out for hours in front of the TV or phone.
6. Withdrawing from friends, family, and social activities.
7. Sleeping too much.
8. Filling up every minute of the day to avoid facing problems.
9. Procrastinating.
10. Taking out your stress on others (lashing out, angry outbursts, physical violence).
Good reminder for everyone. Mental health is equally important with physical health. I find myself feeling stressful with after I dropped my surface pro which ended up with a cracked screen. Luckily I found a good shop for surface pro 3 screen replacement.
